a grandmother's teacup
★★★★★
Sent them my nani's teacup that sat in a cupboard for years. It came back glowing — I cried a little.

The experience
A candle made your way
No plain glass jars. No wasted vessels. Pick from our collection — or use a container you love, and we'll pour it into light.

Pick from teacups, bowls and urlis we've sourced — or use something of your own. Truly, anything.

100% soy wax, made in India — just pour them into any container.

Insert the wick, leaving a 1/4 inch tip visible. The wicks come along with the pearls.

An object you love, glowing on your shelf. When the wax ends, the vessel begins its second life.
A Kash candle vs an ordinary candle
One becomes a keepsake. The other goes in the bin.
Our story
Every vessel that arrives has a story.
Kash began with a small rebellion against the ordinary candle — an old porcelain teacup too pretty for the cupboard, and a question: why should a flame only live in a plain glass jar?
Today we pour for homes across India — for people who want ritual with a sense of wonder, and who believe the objects they love deserve a second life, glowing.
Still curious?
Frequently asked questions
We read every message. If your question isn't here, the kettle's on — write to us.
Almost. One golden rule: if it can safely hold wax, it can hold a flame. We inspect every vessel for heat-safety before pouring — wide teacups, shells, brass diyas, tins and thick glassware all work. Thin glass, plastic and very porous materials don't; we'll always tell you honestly.
Depends on the vessel — a teacup burns around 18-22 hours, larger tins up to 40. Let the first burn reach the edges (about 2 hours), trim the wick to 5mm before each light, and stop at the last 10mm — that's when the vessel begins its second life.
100% soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance and lead-free cotton wicks, sized to each vessel's width so the burn pool reaches the edges. Poured in small batches and cured for 48 hours before it ships.
Yes — seashell favours with your names on the label, Diwali hampers with hand-poured diyas, and corporate gifts minus the corporate feeling. From 25 pieces up. Tell us the occasion and we'll reply within one working day with ideas and a quote.
Courier us the object you love. We inspect it, prep it, pour your chosen scent, cure it for 48 hours and send it home — from ₹399 plus shipping. Wrapped like the gift it is.
